Peter Wolfe presents how C3 storm water management requirements have a significant impact on site design, land utilization, and development costs for urban, suburban, and rural projects. This presentation will focus on attendees gaining basic knowledge of the background of C3 storm water requirements, the regulatory compliance process, when and when not C3 is applicable, and an introduction to several low impact storm water design techniques. This seminar is appropriate for designers, project managers, and principals wanting to gain a basic understanding of C3 storm water management and its applicability to their projects.

- Gain an understanding of low impact approaches to stormwater management, (biorentention, flow through planters, pervious pavements,, tree box type flow through filters, etc) and where they are appropriate and where not.
