This Code is changing the way California designs, builds, and operates buildings.  Are you prepared to implement the new requirements as they roll out over the next several years?

The first phase of CALGreen’s rigorous new building code came into effect in January 2011, and subsequent phases have, and will become mandatory through 2014.

This Code requires all new buildings in the state to be more energy efficient and environmentally responsible.  And, it applies to all new building design, construction, and retrofits. Understanding how CALGreen building code will affect any multifamily project now and in the future is important for all developers, architects, project managers, operations staff, and those who work with them.

Join us for lunch and an informative presentation by Nathan Krantz, Build It Green’s Director of Technical Services, on the CALGreen Building Code and how its upcoming changes will affect your planning, projects, and operations now, through 2014, and beyond.

*Attend this event for the chance to win a free consultation from Nathan Krantz on your multifamily project
