Architect Tom Dolan, national expert on live-work housing, will explain how live-work buildings are suited to revitalizing downtowns and creating community. He will use his new book, Live-Work Planning and Design: Zero-Commute Housing to illustrate live-work housing’s features and community assets.

About the speaker: Thomas Dolan received his education at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating with degrees in architecture (B.A.) and landscape architecture (M.L.A). Thomas Dolan is a charter member of the Congress for the New Urbanism, and is CNU- Accredited. He is a licensed architect in the state of California.
