The Professional Practice Forum discusses two areas vital to practice, but dreaded by most: marketing & business development. This is a roundtable discussion, moderated by co-chair Steven Hovland, AIA, Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates.

- Attendees will identify three ways to market their firms and services, and the benefits of each.
- Attendees will be able to state the importance of business development, and two key approaches.
- Attendees will be able to cite examples of negative marketing, and how to avoid it.
