On February 13, 2014, David E. Barker, Esq. will make a presentation on Architectural Copyrights. This is a valuable asset and tool that many architects know a little about. However, few architects know how they can use their copyrights in their everyday practice. This seminar will discuss what is covered by your copyright, how do you secure them, and how you can use them. It will also present information to help you ensure that you do not violate someone else’s copyright. Finally, it will go over the basics of what happens in the event of a copyright infringement. There will be examples of other infringement cases and lots of opportunity for questions and discussion.
