In today’s professional atmosphere of changing deadlines, complicated development structures and project requirements, and fast-paced project delivery, it has become more difficult but increasingly important to deliver complete contract documents to our clients. During this roundtable discussion we’ll discuss how a carefully followed quality control and collaborative design process can help firms of all size succeed: thorough document production and quality control comes from all levels, and everyone contributes to the project’s success!

Learning Objectives:

After attending this roundtable, participants will be able to:

1. Implement the quality control process in small and medium sized architecture firms.
2. Identify key moments in the project development process where internal and external quality control can contribute to the success of the project.
3.  Recognize that quality control is the responsibility of all members of the project team and tips for engaging junior staff.
4.  Discuss successful projects examples where quality control facilitated a more comprehensive project.
