The Professional Practice Forum discusses two areas vital to the practice: business development and communications. This is a roundtable discussion, moderated by committee chair Steven Hovland, AIA, Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates.

Bring your questions and topics that you would like to add to the group discussion!

Learning Objectives:

  • Attendees will be able to state how marketing and business development differ.
  • Attendees will identify three ways to market their firms and services and the benefits of each.
  • Attendees will be able to state the importance of business development and two key approaches.
  • Attendees will be able to state the importance of maintaining good client relationships and how to communicate to effectively and efficiently minimize risk.
