In this user group we will review the ArchiCAD 19 features in more detail. This will include a review of how to use the new 3D Surface Painter, how to work with the new interactive Snap References, and how to place labels with the redesigned Label Tool and adjust dimensions with new editing options.

About the presenter:

Tom Simmons, Allied Member, the founder of ARCHVISTA, Inc. and LearnVirtual, will present at this User Group. ARCHVISTA is the authorized ArchiCAD reseller for Northern California and is recognized for expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) as well as its implementation. He has authored several books and articles on Building Information Modeling and architectural technologies. Tom has a Masters of Architecture from University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University.

After completing this program, attendees will:

1. Gain insight in reference to the new features of ArchiCAD 19 via an in-depth review.
2. Understand the steps and process for using the new 3D Surface Painter in ArchiCAD
3. Understand how to draft fast and more efficiently using the new interactive Snap References in ArchiCAD.
4. Know how to work with labels and dimensions using new editing and placement features in ArchiCAD.
