Learn how to create worksheets for door and window schedules, create lists of drawings for multiple sets from a single file and how to perform area calculations, lot coverage, floor area ratio calculations and more. Bendrew Jong, FAIA will show how he used Vectorworks to develop the design of a million square-foot project in West Oakland, particularly his use of Vectorworks’ 3D graphics to successfully obtain Design Review approval of the project last year.

About the Presenters:

Bendrew Jong, FAIA is a Principal at Bendrew Jong, FAIA in Berkeley, an award-winning full service architecture and planning firm founded in 1975, noted for its superior design talent in both small and large scale projects.

Peter Thayer, architect at OAG Architects Inc. has been using Vectorworks/MiniCAD software for over 15 years, providing residential and architectural services with his firm in Benicia.

Paul Majka, Principal at Paul Majka Architect Inc. is a seasoned professional in Architecture with about ten years of experience with Vectorworks and is currently running an architectural practice in San Francisco.
