About the Presenter:

Mark LaLiberte from Construction Instruction has dedicated more than 30 years to the building industry through lectures, site assistance, an acclaimed video series and his mobile app. He provides, architects, builders and manufacturers with an in-depth look at the current and future state of housing. His work has earned him a Lifetime Achievement Award from the EEBA where he developed the highly acclaimed “Houses That Work” series. He was the 2013  Building Science co-chair for the “Hanley Wood Vision 2020” project and provides technical assistance to the Cold Climate Housing Research Center in Fairbanks, Alaska.

Seminar Objectives:

  1. Identify common construction details that can lead to moisture problems
  2. Deal with air quality concerns
  3. What causes excessive energy consumption
  4. Learn techniques that will help design and build the best and avoid customer complaints
