AIA East Bay announces a seven-hour LEED-NC AP Prep Seminar to LEED AP candidates and all those interested in a sustainable future.

Sign up for a review of the LEED Rating System and green building, instructed by Alex Sinunu, LEED AP of Pankow Builders. This 7-hour course will provide a complete and comprehensive review to prepare for the LEED-NC Accreditation Exam. Materials and Continental breakfast are included.

About the Instructor

Alex Sinunu, LEED AP is an Assistant Project Manager at Pankow Builders in San Francisco. He served as an integral member of four fast track LEED® projects, and is a developer of Pankow Builders green strategic plan. He currently serves on the USGBC-NCC membership committee and is founder of GReMo, a green relocatable classroom company. Previous to working at Pankow, Alex was an instructor for over 10 years in a variety of fields. He has a Master's in Education and specializes in helping students achieve higher test scores.
