An established, award winning firm based in Walnut Creek and Oakland, California, is seeking an experienced Job Captain for its Educational Studio for both locations.


-Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
-5 years of professional working experience
-Knowledge of Type V through Type I construction
-Solid Teamwork, Communication and organizational skills
-Excellent CADD skills (fast and accurate)
-Good graphic design skills

The ideal candidate will be very knowledgeable of the entire construction process, building materials, as well as a highly skilled detailer.  The Job Captain will coordinate the drafting team in the development of construction documents while assisting the in the project administration.
