Each year the AIA East Bay Home Tours feature a diverse selection of contemporary homes designed by the Bay Area’s leading architects. We choose from a range of project sizes and types which have included finely-detailed in-law units, exuberant historic renovations and stunning modern masterpieces.

Through the AIA East Bay Home Tours, we offer the community an opportunity to experience the impact of collaboration between homeowners and AIA architects, by being inside the houses themselves and talking with the architects who designed them.
