This unique 1946 house has a Prairie Style-inspired layout, low-slung and nestled into its corner lot. It needed more access to natural light, a live-in kitchen, and an easier flow between the living spaces. The architects at Medium Plenty identified the most interesting period details to keep, including the wood-paneled entry and mid-century fireplace, and stitched a bright, light-filled palette into the existing fabric.
A bonus at this property is the new studio, also designed by Medium Plenty!
