In the shift to all electric construction, cooking is often considered the last hold out for gas.  Join us for a FREE hands-on demonstration and discussion at the Fishnick Food Service Technology Center to learn more about induction cooking.  We’ll see induction ranges in action and learn from experts how to successfully use these appliances.
The Fishnick Center is a fuel neutral, 9,000 square foot, commercial kitchen research facility, offering guidance and expertise in energy efficient kitchen equipment.  It is a program funded by California utility customers and administered by Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
This workshop is jointly coordinated by the following organizations: the League of Women Voters, the Berkeley Climate Action Coalition, 350 Bay Area, the Building Decarbonization Group, and the AIA East Bay Committee on the Environment.
