Seeking a Project Associate with a passion for design who is excited about working in the heart of Uptown Oakland. The ideal candidate is invigorated by creating through collaboration, works well independently and is excited by the opportunity to learn from an experienced team of urban designers. If you have exceptional communication skills, are not afraid to ask questions and are excited by the opportunity to design communities of enduring value, send KTGY your qualifications!

Additional Qualifications:

  • Entry Level with Intern Experience.
  • Accurate and detailed oriented.
  • Ability to research and learn various codes and ordinances
  • Ability to engage with leaders and clients on the team.
  • Understanding of the following software:
    • AutoCad
    • Sketchup
    • Adobe Suite
    • Revit
