Since we concluded our lease at 1405 Clay St. last year the AIA East Bay has operated without a central office for our organization. Staff has been busy these past months looking at potential locations and want to invite you to suggest spaces/locations you think we should consider.
The criteria is fairly flexible:
Ideal
1000 – 2000 SF with at least one closed office – the rest open floor plan or flexible space
Ground floor with street facing windows
No more than 4 blocks from a BART station (12th Street, 19th Street or Berkeley)
Good Options
Not ground floor but with all of the above
800 – 1000 SF with a closed office in a location near rentable meeting space
No more than 4 blocks from a BART station (12th Street, 19th Street or Berkeley)
