Construction Site & Model Home Tour at Melrose in Dublin
NOTE: While all are welcome, this event is primarily for Young Architects and Emerging Professionals members, so please take this into consideration before reserving a spot if you are not a YAF&EP member!
Boulevard in Dublin features a diverse array of housing typologies. With convenient proximity to highways 580 and 680, spend your lunch hour touring the new neighborhood Melrose by Brookfield Residential. Boxed lunches will be provided by DAHLIN, while the Project Architect gives a brief presentation of the land plan and design concepts. We will tour the construction site, followed by the finished model homes, offering a full view of the project from beginning to end.
The tour will include observation of a construction site and finished homes. The design concepts of the cluster housing typology will be explained.
