About Your Speakers
HANNAH BROWN, SHRM-SCP, of Brown Creative Consulting LLC built her career upon a unique set of experiences managing and marketing architecture firms. Unique to most consultants, Hannah holds degrees in creative fields with a MArch from UC Berkeley and a BA in Art History. Hannah is devoted to finding creative solutions to organize the operations of architecture, landscape architecture, and interiors firms. Currently, her practice spans the Bay Area of California, specializing in the issues of running a practice with 4-35 people.
MICHAEL S. BERNARD, architect and founder of Virtual Practice Consulting, provides strategic mentorship and counsel to founders, leaders and senior staff in design and construction firms. Michael collaborates with firm leaders to delineate a vision and mission; to develop growth models; to identify a business development strategy; and to mentor staff as effective project leaders. Michael’s clients include architects, builders, structural engineers, landscape architects, interior and lighting designers.
