At LMS, they are encouraged to make an impact beyond our projects’ property lines. Gwen feels lucky to be able to teach at CCA and UC Berkeley, and she is the co-chair of the AIA National 2030 Commitment working group. Gwen is able to connect with our local community and push a national advocacy agenda, all while working on meaningful design. She loves working for a firm where everyone is so attuned to detail and design and building performance.

Diablo Valley College is hosting their annual Architecture Lecture Series! Join us for a lecture by Gwen Fuertes, an Associate at LMS Architects. Gwen has a degree in building science and design; she can share her expertise with the rest of the staff, while not being pigeonholed.
