Join the Small Firm Forum to hear David Garcia, Policy Director for the Terner Center discuss Senate Bills, 6, 9, and 10, pending in the California State Legislature and how it might affect zoning of commercial property and single family areas in San Francisco Bay area counties to create opportunities for mixed-use and “missing middle” housing.
The speaker will discuss current proposals being debated in Sacramento, including bills to allow more residential and mixed-use development on commercial property, and to allow “missing middle” housing to be built in single family areas.
