Join the Small Firm Forum to hear David Garcia, Policy Director for the Terner Center discuss Senate Bills, 6, 9, and 10, pending in the California State Legislature and how it might affect zoning of commercial property and single family areas in San Francisco Bay area counties to create opportunities for mixed-use and “missing middle” housing.
