Josh D. Friedman is a trial attorney and appellate litigator at the firm’s Oakland office. Mr. Friedman’s current practice focuses on representing design professionals and construction contractors in litigation, arbitration, and pre-claim matters involving professional liability, business disputes, construction defects, and catastrophic injuries.
