City of Oakland’s Planning & Building Response to Shelter in Place


In accordance with the Alameda County Health Officer’s revised March 31, 2020 Shelter in Place Order No. 20-04 for all residents to slow the spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the City of Oakland has made a series of findings and determinations to provide essential governmental functions for development services consistent with the County’s order.
