More about Anne Phillips Architecture:
The projects of Anne Phillips Architecture are filled with energy and warmth and a desire to recognize a common human spirit.

Founded in 1995, the firm offers a full range of architectural services for residential and civic/commercial projects. Our award-winning projects include new construction, renovation and tenant improvement work in urban, suburban and rural locales. The project types range in scale from high-rises to re-purposed shipping containers, and include multi-family developments, multi-tenant office and retail buildings, single family homes, and renovation of historic buildings.

The principals of the firm, Anne Phillips and Winston Win, received Masters Degrees from UC Berkeley where they were immersed in the traditions of thoughtful consideration of the social factors of design.

APA has developed long-term relationships with many clients and consultants who share the philosophy that sensitive and engaging design has the potential to radically improve people’s lives.

In addition, the firm has a solid foundation in the understanding of the building industry as Anne was previously a building contractor and an electrician.

We are located in a converted warehouse in West Oakland, where we show off our style and capability to design thoughtful and lively renovations.
