DAHLIN Architecture | Planning | Interiors, a diverse architecture, planning and interiors practice of 180+ multicultural professionals, has received seven Grand Awards at the 2024 Gold Nugget Awards. Presented by PCBC, the Gold Nugget Awards are the oldest and most prestigious residential design awards in the nation and recognize those who improve communities through exceptional concepts in design, planning, and development.  The Gold Nugget Grand Awards ceremony was held on June 19, 2024 at PCBC in Anaheim, California. Winners this year were selected from a competitive field of over 675 entries from around the world.

Santa Rosa, CA

Best Affordable Community – 30 to 60 du/acre

Description:
This project brings 142 units of affordable housing units to Santa Rosa. The unit mix offers one- to three-bedroom units reserved for individuals and families earning between 30 and 60 percent of the area median income. On-site amenities include a community center, learning center, indoor children’s playroom, lending library, game rooms, fitness rooms, work from home center with flex rooms, on-site property manager and resident services with 184 surface parking spaces and 47 bicycle parking stalls.

Description:
