New Graduate Welcome Program
The AIA East Bay proudly presents the New Graduate Welcome program, an initiative designed to celebrate and support new graduates as they embark on their professional journeys. This program invites firms to identify their new hires who are recent graduates, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. By partnering with these firms, AIA East Bay aims to introduce new graduates to our vibrant community, which includes over 1,000 Architect and Associate members, as well as many Allied Professionals and industry partners from Construction, Design, Engineering, and Government. Through this collaborative effort, we strive to create a positive and supportive experience for emerging professionals, enhancing their transition from academia to the workplace and fostering a sense of belonging within the East Bay’s dynamic architectural community.
