How the PrepARE AIA Chapter Affiliates Program Works

Any Chapter of the AIA can become a PrepARE Affiliate. Chapter affiliates promote the PrepARE program to their members (Associates who want to get licensed) via their normal member communications (email, newsletters, social media, word of mouth, etc)

Our affiliate program allows AIA Chapters to promote PrepARE products to their network. In return, they earn a commission for each new sale they generate.

When a user first visits the PrepARE site through your unique affiliate link, a cookie is placed in their browser, lasting for 30 days. If they create an account on the PrepARE site within this period, they are associated with your Chapter and you will receive 10% of every purchase they make.

How It Works

As an Affiliate, you can earn commissions by promoting PrepARE products and bringing in new students to our site. Understanding exactly how we track affiliate associations and commissions can help you get the most out of our relationship and ensure that you get appropriate credit for the extra business you generate.

YOUR EARNINGS POTENTIAL:

Current Pricing: $75 per month or $750 annually. This means, annually Affiliates can earn $90 and $75 respectively per student who signs up via your Affiliate link.

After March 31, 2025: Prices go up (because we’ll have all six divisions available) to $120 per month or $1250 annually. Affiliates earn $144 or $125 per sign up respectively.

Note: It’s your option to pass along these savings to your members or use them as non-dues revenue.

Like most sites, PrepARE uses Affiliate Links to track who has sent a new student to our site; these links are specific URLs that include your unique Affiliate Code, and you will have access to URLs for individual courses, communities, and bundles as well as a general homepage link. Whenever a new visitor arrives at the site through one of these links, their browser saves a cookie with a record of your code, which lasts for 30 days — if that student signs up at any time during that next month, they will be counted as one of your referrals. From then on, the products they buy will earn you a commission. 

Commissions are paid quarterly when commission amounts exceed $100. If your commission earnings for a quarter are less than $100, you will be paid the next quarter or until your commission exceeds $100.
