- Practice Management (PcM): Learn the essentials of managing architectural practices, including business structure, financial management, and professional ethics.
- Project Management (PjM): Gain insights into managing project teams, schedules, budgets, and contracts to deliver successful projects.
- Programming & Analysis (PA): Explore site analysis, environmental considerations, and the foundational steps of project planning.
