Our work is a mix of K-12, Community Colleges, Civic/Government, Higher Education, Market Rate Housing, Urban Mixed Use, Hospitality, Industrial, Planning and Programming. We are looking for highly talented, motivated, and creative individuals to be contributing members of our Public Sector, including the K-12, Community College and Civic/Government studios. A Project Manager manages multiple small to medium projects, coordinates all aspects of assigned projects, and estimates scope of work. Prepares strategic plans for project success. Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. Works with project team and mentors junior staff. May serve as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction. May perform as a project architect. Actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; and project team assignments. Estimates fees, determines scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts.
· Knowledge of BIM fundamentals and other software
· REVIT knowledge highly desired
· Licensed architect (preferred) with 8 or more years of experience or equivalent in all technical phases of architecture
· Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent
· Additional industry certifications desired (LEED, DBIA, CDT etc.)
· Excellent communication skills with client and staff
· Fast learner-self motivated
· Able to meet deadlines
· DSA/OSFM process knowledge highly desired
· Experienced in carrying projects through Construction
· DBIA member preferred
