Hereld & Ayres Architects is searching for a well qualified individual to become part of our team. We are a small, family oriented architectural firm located in Pleasanton, California that has been in business for over 30 years. Our experiences have been in a vast array of project types and sizing ranging from ground up commercial development to tenant improvements, light industrial and numerous types of residential projects throughout the greater Bay Area.
Our new team member must have these qualifications and be capable of the following:
Must have minimum of 5 years experience in residential and/or commercial CAD design and drafting.
Must be highly motivated, self-disciplined and detail oriented.
Must have excellent written and oral skills for coordination with consultants and government agencies.
Must have a high proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Windows, MS office and other related computer skills.
Must be well versed in residential and/or commercial construction detailing and experienced with zoning and building code application.
