TRACHTENBERG ARCHITECTS is seeking an experienced individual for the role of Senior Project Manager who will take a leading role in our projects. The position involves overseeing projects from Entitlements through Construction Administration. Responsibilities and salary are commensurate to one’s abilities and motivation. We take good care of our people.
Though a small office, Trachtenberg Architects does not specialize. We engage in a diverse range of project types: urban infill, adaptive reuse, multi-family housing, hospitality, institutional and residential projects. This keeps things interesting. With an extensive body of projects, located for the most part in the East Bay, our work is deeply a part of our own community.
In addition to our Berkeley office, we maintain a satellite office in Mexico City with three full-time employees who provide Revit drafting support to our main office.

Candidates shall have the following qualifications and skills:
• The leadership skills required to orchestrate a complex team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A professional degree in Architecture from an accredited school.
• Well-rounded professional background that includes creative design and documentation in all project phases, technical research and detailing.
• Proficiency in spoken Spanish is a big plus in order to better communicate with our Mexico City staff.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without any restrictions or visa sponsorship
