ArtHaus Six Design Tour

Join us for a tour of ArtHaus Six – a project that aims to provide affordable housing for the missing middle!

ArtHaus Six is not just a residential development; it’s a transformative initiative aimed at addressing the housing crisis affecting the ‘missing middle’—the underserved middle class priced out of housing, including essential professionals like teachers, firefighters, and police officers. Beyond this critical focus, ArtHaus Six extends its reach even further by housing Black teachers, representing a groundbreaking partnership between Riaz Capital and Urban Ed Academy.

The project’s core mission is to provide affordable, high-quality housing to those who serve the community. Furnished and unfurnished suites, featuring private kitchenettes, ample storage, and abundant natural light, with multiple open and shared spaces for communal engagement ensure a comfortable and dignified living experience for its residents

ArtHaus Six, nestled in Oakland’s East Peralta Neighborhood, emerges as a beacon of affordable housing innovation, community empowerment, and educational equity. This project seamlessly weaves together the threads of social responsibility, affordability, and representation in education.

NOTE: We recommend utilizing public transportation for this tour, as car break-ins are common in the area.
